This is the kind of rewire every electrician loves - back to brick. Easy access to the floor boards, nothing to be chased in (as we go before the plasterers), and no furniture to work around! 

This customer has grand plans for his new home and we worked closely with him to ensure sockets were in just the right places for bespoke decorative features and TV hangings. He's opted for LED downlighters on dimmer switches to create an adaptable ambience, and we've made sure that all cables will be discretely hidden throughout. 

Just waiting for the plasterers to do their thing and we will be back to 2nd fix...
